In Jin Shin Jyutsu the kidneys and bladder are represented by the fourth depth. This can be tonified by holding the index finger loosely and conscioulsy in the other hand. This can be done for 6-36 exhales or as long as one desires. This assists in processing the emotion of fear which is associated with this depth and these organs.

Healing Tao

While sitting, clasp hands around the knees and on the exhale bend forward slightly and gently look up and mildly arch the back so that a little pressure is gently exerted on the lower back where the kidneys and adrenal glands are. On the outbreath, sub-vocalise the sound "chooowweeee" - this tonifies the kidneys and adrenal glands. As you breathe out, visualise all fear leaving. And as you breathe in visualise courage entering.
