Greetings to everyone. I would love to hear from anyone interested in e-mailing me to make new friends around the world. I'm from Connecticut and have been studying macrobiotics for about 4 years. I have had the great pleasure of working very closely with a cooking teacher and counselor from the Kushi Institute which has really enhanced my study and growth. Several days during the week I prepare meals for others who are unable to do so for themselves because of a busy lifestyle. Jane Georgini and myself coordinate and prepare a macrobiotic publication that has grown from a one page memo to quite a nice newsletter called the Macro-Connection. The publication is in conjunction with Dr. Robert Silverstein, Director of the Preventive Medicine Center at the St. Francis Hospital in Hartford CT.
