Well, I've just discovered this web site -- and a wonderful idea it is! I want to create this web page simply to invite you to contact me for any questions about macrobiotic practice/needs. I am not the be-all and end-all of such practice, but, through dialogue, answers to questions can be found.

I live in Becket, Massachusetts, and work at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox. I have been practicing macrobiotics for about 18 years. I have a 4-year-old daughter.

If there is a response to this web page, I will expand it, and I thank the sponsors of this site for the opportunity to take advantage of the Internet to support those of us living a macrobiotic lifestyle.
