Hello to all of the friends out there who have been so blessed in this life as to have stumbled upon the teachings brought here by George Ohsawa known as Macrobiotics. I am so very thankful everyday for the great wisdom passed along so generously by all who study and practice macro. I am just writing this web page to share what I have learned and to make some new cybermacro friends. Just how many people do you interact with daily that know about macrobiotics? What about Feng Shui?? Eastern philosophy? Nine Star Ki?? In this little corner of Western Pennsylvania I have only met a handful of people that know what I am talking about and I've lost touch with most of them. Those of you who are mothers of small children will understand why. I haven't been up at 3:00 a.m. writing to my friends on the back of grocery receipts. So at work they call me "Cosmic Charlie". A few hand readings and some nine star ki ...boom! Please excuse my lack of proper grammar. I am new to cyberspace as well. My real name is Valerie and I live on a farm.
