Hi, I'm a 50 year old ex-South African Israeli living in Israel since 1977.
Having crippling arthritis just discovered macrobiotics. If anyone can widen my non-existent knowledge I'd be delighted.
I am an Israeli folk dancing fanatic, a full time secretary, mother to 3 sons and mother-in-law of one.
