Macro Workload

It feels so good to be on this site again! I am back at school, and this year is SENIOR YEAR! 4 hours of work every night is leaving me with only 2 hours free time to squeeze in cooking, eating, exercising, chores and getting ready for bed. No CyberMacro time practically at all! =( I have never been so strict in my health regime, in order to maintain a good weight(i have to be pretty slim for Drama this year, 21 BMI around) and have very strict meal plans now. For example, this morning I ate a glass of carrot juice, bowl of udon noodles, and tofu, during school i had time for an apple and some nori, and when i got home I ate some bok choy stir fry with more tofu and brown rice crackers and walnuts. All in very small portions, but Im a small person who doesnt need much anyway and am doing only minimal exercise now. Just 30 minutes a day, i go between walking, running, swimming, to biking. A good range I suppose. Grr i want to write more but must flee to do more studying. I am reading Othello for school and they eat complete crap. Just alcohol, meat....and more alcohol. Very sad.
