By now, a good many of you are aware of the very well received Book, The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health by Michio Kushi and Alex Jack. The book contains Dietary and lifestyle guidelines for more than 200 common conditions and disorders. Alex and Gale Jack now have a beautifully designed web site to more fully bring the book to you, and it also features a good amount of helpful recipes and articles, plus an online catalog of books. The Jacks have a long background in terms of teaching, counseling and educating people about macrobiotics, and they make their services available to you here, even via the internet!
