The purpose of this website is to provide information and support to survivors and those currently recovering from breast cancer, as well as their families and friends.

The site particularly focuses on macrobiotics as a way of life and alternative or additional means of recovery. You will find information about macrobiotics in relation to breast cancer and other health issues. You will also read the stories of breast cancer survivors who have adopted a macrobiotic way of life and attribute much of their successful recovery to macrobiotics. There is also a section dedicated to macrobiotic recipes. Lastly, there are numerous resources--books, articles and links--related to macrobiotics and its role in treating breast cancer and various other health issues.
