Center for macrobiotic education in Portugal. Started by Francisco Varatojo who started lecturing in Linho prison which led to the macrobiotic convesion of one of Portugal's most dangerous criminals, Antonio (To Ze) Jose Areal, who upon early release went on to study at the K.I. in Boston before teaching in New Bedford, MA and finally returning to Portugal to help prisoners there. The Institute includes seminars, cooking and movement classes, counseling, publications, etc.
