Hi! I thought maybe a question could get things moving over here... I'm the only one in my family following (trying to, anyway) a MB diet. It's easier to cook a lot and then just re-heat, however, I'm not sure how long things can keep. For instance, how long can cooked rice keep in the fridge? How about miso soup, beans and vegetable soup? How about cooked veggies (with rice or it's own dish)? Thanks, Sharon |
