Re: new to macrobiotics

One day 14 years ago I went to A Kuski conference on cancer in Paris . What I heard deeply shocked me, even revolted me . What this man was saying was the opposite of "common sense" . I was angry Then I went to eat in a macrobiotic restaurant, "just to see what it was all about" . When I saw this wonderful dish with all its colors, its beautiful arrangement, and its delicate, exotic tastes, I knew these people knew better than me . I instantly realized that was IT From that day macrobiotics has been my framework and the period of rapid physical changes at the beginning has been a blessing, a revolution . Macrobiotics is indeed very difficult, but it has no limit, you can study it all your life, and still you will understand so little ... I have no advice to you . Just go ahead and have fun !
