business advice

Dear Friends,

I have been macrobiotic for 9 months. This approach to life struck an immediate accord with my intuition when I picked up George Ohsawa's "You are All Sanpaku." I changed my diet the following day and since then I was engrossed in cooking whole foods and studying the philosophy of yin and yang. Macrobiotics is helping me to realize what I have been, what I am, and what I may become. It's a great journey!

The part of macrobiotic philosophy that speaks to me personally is giving back to the world and to the people in our lives. I feel this is where my action is needed the most after I've healed myself to have sufficient clarity.

First, I am very interested in David's project with cooking classes and will be happy to do it if I may be qualified. Second, I am a poet who decided to dedicate himself to business endeavors, perhaps due to my faulty judgement, though I tend to see it as a balancing act and an opportunity to develop different sides of my personality. To date I was instrumental in putting two companies on the road. I am very interested in starting a chain of fast food restaurants serving organic, macrobiotically prepared foods. The market is ready for this idea. What I am looking for is people with experience and/or understanding of restaurant business, preferably fast food. I hope to write the business plan this month and there are many areas which I cannot hope to cover on my own. If anyone knows of such persons or has an interest in this project, please reply to my e-mail address. I will be happy to describe this project in more detail.

Thank you!

Misha
