Hi everyone, What is the macrobiotic position on use of sunscreen? I have read that sunscreen causes cancer. Does a macrobiotic person who is out in the sun and active for a couple of hours a day need any other type of sun protection (hat and sunglasses, etc.)? Thank you, Anne |
