Vanessa, you might try calling William Spear in Litchfield at 203 567-8801 and ask if there are any counselors in Hartford or if he knows of any in your area. In choosing a counselor or any advice, you have to take the responsibility for your choice, so check it out and if it feels right, go for it. If it doesn't, move on. Also, doing it with a partner, friend, etc. really helps and is almost necessary.Feel free to ask questions here.
