Hello everyone, I have a problem and hope someone can give me some advices in my diet. I can't handle the light well. For example, driving a car at night, light from car behind me always bother me. My eyes was so hurt; they turn red and somehow can't see very well. I sometimes used vitamin B2 (which is good for eyes), but my condition was still. I wonder that I lack of vitamins, minerals, or unbalance between yin and yang. I hope some of you can tell me what my problem is and how I eat to get better. Thank you all. |
