Hi folks I would like to let you know that, after 10 years of absoulte lack of hunger, my stomach is restarting to listen to the world. I'm taking it very easy, mainly following macrobiotic advices, but not ridigly. I've heard a guy who told: I followed the macrobiotic principles for one year, then I had to stop because I was getting grey. Too rigid, isn't it? Well, I am eating the element I like (in this case, stomach's sweet: amasake - someday I will sink in a bathtub full of amasake), I like really much, and I read that that is what my body needs. My bowels are starting to move (to dance?) again, and WOW! I am enjoying this trip really much. Thank you to you all - m. |
