Hi everyone, I haven't been here since about January. I've had my baby ( a boy) and have been getting back into my Macrobiotic eating. So, is there anyone out there in the Philly area? I'm having a somewhat difficult time since I am the only one in my house who eats (or tries to) macro. I also wanted to say, at the risk of getting yelled at, that part of why I left this and another MB Forum I was in, is that some people out there haven't been very considerate of others. There seems to be a lot of disagreement (which is fine) that have not always been handled so as not to attack the other person. There are a lot of us that are new at this and are trying to make a lifestyle change. Please keep this in mind so as not to turn away anyone (as I was). We need to have a way to communicate and ask questions so we're not alone. Thank you for listening to my "two cent." Sharon |
