Hello friends, I have been following the standard macrobiotic diet for nearly a year, keeping extreme yin and extreme yang foods to a minimum. I'm a very physically active person. I've been finding recently that even after my stomach is full, I still want more food. My appetite doesn't seem to be satisfied by my meal. I eat a wide variety of grains, beans, and veggies. Does anyone have any insights into why I keep craving more food or suggestions on how I may improve my diet to stop it? Thanks in advance. Peg |
