Overly-Intellectual

Although I am an avid reader and am especially interested in current events, I find that many minds are so filled with mumbo-jumbo as a result of reading someone's opinions. While many struggle to read as many books as possible, I struggle to remember what man has forgotten; his place in the natural world. I believe these things can be learned by careful observation and self-reflection (as well as a macrobiotic practice). I also believe this forum to be an excellent place to share our personal understandings. Many I speak with who are new to Macrobiotics (I'm sure many newbies cruise this site) have so many perceived opinions and philosophies that boggle their minds. Macrobiotic should at least give them a break from all this. I'd like to see this forum open, but there is a certain personal as well as shared responsibility we all have here. After all these digressions, I hope we can proceed with all of our "present considerations."
