Hi everyone, I would like to ask how much oil, if any, is recommended as part of a strict macrobiotic diet for a beginner. I have access to a lot of organic salad greens right now, because that is what is being harvested at the CSA farm I belong to. I wonder about how much salad is recommended since the greens are so abundant right now, and about salad dressing--what, if any, to use. Recipes? Amounts per day? Type of oil, if any? Vinegar seems way too extreme for me. Is there another way you might suggest for me to prepare salad greens rather than in raw salad? I like to add cooked veggies and occasionally a small amount of sea veggies to the salad, when I do eat it--is this a good idea? Thank you for your insights, Anne
