Re: Blood-Type Diet Guru

I was wondering if there's any basis to the major claim of this book that the composition of one's diet should vary significantly according to one's blood type. I don't think people are that different, besides the author shows no consideration for seasonality and quality of food, and yin and yang. From someone who consulted with him, I have gathered that he uses Oriental diagnosis. This indiscriminate combination of "quick fix, works for all method" with what actually works suggests to me that he is a quack. Can anyone comment on his ideas?
