Thanks Sebastian for that information...a lot of problems with the salt is people either use too much or too little...with too much it's dangerous because you don't realize it and become too stubborn to get out of it...with too little, it's easier because the symptoms are clearer and go away relatively soon...I don't recommend any salt/tamari/miso etc in the am...it makes you overly hungry for the rest of the day...the morning is rising energy and salt is downward energy, better for the evening...going with the energy is good...I also don't recommend salt or tamari/shoyu as seasonings directly on food that is being eaten...in cooking, salt can be used under the appropriate conditions early in the cooking process, tamari can be used later in the cooking process to season the taste, and gomashio can be used in moderation and proper proportions directly on food to be eaten...we have seen some disasterous results of overuse of Celtic salt...you can get SiSalt from Goldmine at 800.475.3663 to try it out if you wish...Bill |
