Which is better and why? I've tried both salts and I've watched Larry G. make Si Salt at Muramoto's back in the eighties (Roy Steevensz made a big batch once in L.A.). I see that many people are recommending Si Salt here. Is it better? And if so, why? Thank you, very much Bruce Paine |
