I am a first year student at the Southwest
College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. sincerely, John Fifer
My question centers around
using the macrobiotic diet with patients who are "allergic" to certain grains
(specifically wheat, corn, and/or soy)
I am a firm believer in the use of
food as medicine, and like to approach health via a person's diet before any
type of supplementation.
Is it possible to overcome a so called "allergy" to
the grains that comprise the backbone of the macrobiotic diet?
Your time and
commitment to health and education is much appreciated.
Thank you.
