Rash....?

: I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place or not, but I have been searching for some kind of answer to what seems to be a rash on only my left arm,chest,and ears, it looks kind of like a red puffy flower with small circular petals and a center kind of head like a pimple, when it is healing it is like flakes of skin that come off and then bleeds very easily.It is very itchy at times, and seems as though the sun irritates it. I have had it for aproxamatly 2-3 weeks now and it is healing finally.There is absolutly no pain of any kind associated with this rash,no other symptoms at all, I have had it once before, last year around June and the doctor that I saw then said it was some kind of fungus infection , she gave me a perscription for some itching pills and a cream that you can actually buy over the counter. I do not have insurance at the moment so was looking online for something to use on it, but have found so many different things on rashes that seem to have the same likeness as this one, so am not sure what to do..any suggestions?
