Talking The Naked Chef -- Yin or Yang?

Ive finally found a macrobiotic counsellor who gonna be avaliable to chat.........so Ill not be asking so many questions!!!
Im gonna meet him tonght for 1hr consultation. His names John Darrel & he lives 30min drive from me Its gonna cost £50 including a book.....approx $75
Im so happy :p
I think Im getting well enough to do a bit of Jamie Oliver style cooking
(USA readers look like this now " ")
Jamie doesn't chop things up & is called the "naked chef" cause he takes all the rigidity & hard work out of cooking.
He throws whole carrots in a baking tray pours oil over them & a sprinkle of salt (he estimates amounts ie no scales or cups - energy saving) & bungs it in the oven!!! - yin style behaviour???
I suppose yang chefs are measuring very precisely & afraid to compose their own recipes....
I arent well enough to chop veg yet so its a good job my condition is too yin!!
Im buying Ohsawas.....you are all sanpaku.....kushis physiognomy of the renaissance people.......ohsawas zen macrobiotics.......& essential ohsawa.
How old did Ohsawa live & what did he die of?

Chow
