Re: Aveline Kushi

I am currently sitting with a 95 yr old man 3 days a week. He is ambulatory (with a walker) and lucid. He has pretty much eaten whatever. He did have a bad stomack problem in 1950 when they patched his stomach with parts from a pig stomach!
A couple years ago I sat with a woman who was 104. She used a walker and ate pretty much whatever. She had had cancer surgeries before I met her. I think she died from some sort of abdominal/intestinal blockage.

Personally, I moved to macro because of physical affliction. And I know I'm gonna die eventually but macro eating brings a higher quality to life.
