    Red face dermatitis/eczema

Just wondering if anyone has any topical or internal recipes for the above. I have had a tiny itchy patch of eczema just inside one of my ears for a couple of years that I never had in my life before and due to cold, dry weather have had a terrible rash on lower leg which today was diagnosed as eczema and of course handed the standard topical steroids which I won't use. I did use Chickweed tea compresses for the itchy leg and since then applying avocado oil with a drop of lavender essential oil and the leg has healed but still looks ugly. The ear does not seem to like oily and in fact seems to do better when wiped with something like apple cider vinegar. But both areas are ready to flare up again so want to avoid that happening, thank you.

The vast majority of skin disorders are directly related to a malfunctioning of the kidneys, mainly due to poor diet of imbalanced foods of a refined nature such as white sugar and bleached flour and baked goods. Over eating and drinking and use of too much oil and animal fat also contribute to this problem. Hopefully your diet is well balanced and that you are using ginger compresses to the kidney area and removing acids from skin by using chlorophyll or daikon liquid (pressed) and have minimized salt intake.

You may want to post what you normally eat and drink in the course of a week and let us review it for you.

Quite often this process of healing with natural foods takes a while, and sometimes there is not such a good response no matter what you try. I have heard of good results with the natural product called “skin zinc” (http://www.ramenterprisesinc.com/the...r=5485&owner=2) which supposedly has been clinically tested and approved by the FDA. I have not tried it myself so honestly can’t tell you much more about it. Other products contain
Petroleum and synthetic chemicals that may in turn damage the kidneys further.

Your name sounds familiar and we may have discussed this issue in the past. Let us know what your diet consists of.

    In peace, Roy

    Yin Skin

    Anneh,
I have almost always found that itchy, eczema-like skin patches,
itchy rashes also, are due to excess yin in the diet, --acidic or sweet foods. Candida-Yeast Syndrome is also a cause. Many diabetics are continually irritated with this problem on the elbows and elsewhere. Move towards more yang foods in the diet, --balanced whole grains on the yang side, and more good quality salt, --without being excessive. You should find relief in a few days (2-3). A good way to clear any skin problem is to revert to a #7 diet for a few days (whole cereal grains and [liquid-sparingly] ). This will rapidly alleviate any internal unbalance.
    Nancy
