Today went better for me. I was more relaxed.
Breakfast was a 5 grain mix with a few raisins and a few fox nuts. Lunch was Kasha with cabbage recipe from the "Hip Chick's" book. It was wonderful. Dinner was Seitan Stew from "Hip Chick's". This was good too, but a little heavy for me with the gravy type texture. I think I'll leave out the Kuzu next time and add a few sea vegetables. I was able to get my son to try the stew, so that is a step...

I have been slowly working mb into my life for the last few years. Yes, I'm slow at changing. I am still having trouble with a few areas, mainly cutting out dairy products.
I am having trouble balancing cooking meals for my family with the mb meals that I want. I'm feeling a bit like a short order cook. My biggest downfall seems to be cheese when I have it out to cook for the family.
