Smile jinengo, mountain patato

- Michio Kushi came 30 years ago to Europe and introduced us to macrobiotics, which was a unknow art of living in that day's.
Some of our teachers had know Georges Oshawa, the founder of this universal way of thinking and living, and i am fortunated that i may follow many of this courses.
I love gardening and looked for soms of his specialities, with unbelievebel names "Jinengoo", wasabie and daikoen ) I have tried them and really they are amasing stuff. I couldn't believe that such a patato could grow so long, so yang in our cold climate. So thank you that i experienced this.
Now i found yomogi !! and i love sweetrice, mochi,....hmm so lovely
