I Need Help macrobiotic replacent of corticoides for brain cancer allopatic treatment

Hallo Friends. I have the following problem and I need sound and competent macrobiotic advice: I have a brain cancer with inflamation and oedema. So the doctors give me corticoides.

Now I'm at home, heating good food, chewing carefully, breathing well, strolling around in woods, barefoot in early morning dew, full of projects and writing some books; the corticoides I find very yang. What do you suggest me to gradually leave and replace this chemical with macrobiotic, beside scaling them slowly slowly down?
In the long term I feel very confident because I know my excess and cause of kidney -that I lost three year ago -and now brain cancer, is due to yang foods and conditioning so now I'm strictly vegeterian, but I want to leave the chemicals as soon as possible.

Thank you for your illuminating feedback.
