Sneezing and pregnancy

Hi

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I am sneezing all the time. Sometimes I get a blocked or runny nose but most of the time it is just sneezing. I have noticed on pregnancy sites that sneezing during pregnancy is very common.

What might these symptoms be saying to me? I don't have dairy but do have fruit - is it too much yin in my diet trying to come out?

Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

I'm sneezing a lot too, but I'm only about 1 month along??? Have you heard anything?
