Question Expaneded Stomache Region

I was wondering if this was an effect of eating too many yin foods or just too much food in general. This has been happening to me recently, but I would goto bed and wake up and it would sometimes be not swollen anymore. I generaly follow the macrobiotic guide line, except that I eat pork once in a while.
I was also wondering if by eating foods you haven't eaten for a while (beef, cheese), if you would get sick, like throwing up and head aches. I had this exeperience twice in two weeks. I'm not sure if it was the food I ate or just a stomache flu. Also, after eating my stomache has a sharp pain near the bottom (the duoduem, I think) if I walk around or do martial arts. I was hoping someone could tell me what I should do about this or what it was.
