Transitioning....
Hello all. I am in the process of moving to a macrobiotic diet. I am coming from a place where I have been on high protein / grain free diets for YEARS. So, I'm proceeding very gradually. I have been adding whole grains, and substituting tofu, fish, or egg whites where I used to eat chicken or turkey. I'm wondering if egg whites are any less 'extreme' compared to the whole egg. Any suggestions on gradual transformation would be helpful!
