There is as of the moment no macro restaurant in London (and hasn't been for over a decade), but if you are interested to try out a new vegetarian/vegan restaurant, Vita Organic, 279c Finchley Road, London NW3 6ND sounds interesting. I havn't been yet, but the menus sound good-you can even get brown rice, veg, miso soup etc!
If you go to the Macrobiotic Association of Great Britain web site, then to events and classes/practitioners you should be able to find a list of macrobiotic cooking classes in London

This organisation runs various courses throughout the year, some starting this april, you might find something useful. Check it out on their website:
