vanessa is on a distinguished road
yin

hi. i'm trying to get a handle on the yin-yang balancing. in the afternoon i start craving things of a yin variety - sweet things and caffeine. and if i start eating i could usually just continue for ages - stress relief. it never feels very good afterwards. my job is really stressful. so does this mean i should have something yin or that i am having too much yang causing me to crave yin? or should i have something yang in order to balance out the craving for yin? cheers, vanessa
