Help?
Okay I don't know if anybody is really qualified to help me with this, but just in case...
I'm trying to be macrobiotic. I want to stop eating juck all the time. The problem is that I'm bulimic and whenever I crave anything, I just eat 5lbs of it and then throw it up. That really clashes with macrobiotics since a diet is defined by more than just calories digested, but an entire lifestyle. Actually it clashes with every principle of health anywhere. Could anybody help me control cravings? Is there anything I could do? |

Re: Help?
Hi Leah,
Welcome to CyberMacro. You should proably contact Elizabeth Sunderland she herself suffered from bulimia before she became macrobiotic. Good Luck, Gary |
