Weight loss and Macrobiotics?
Hi, I am new to this forum and to Macrobiotics, just read my first article today from a web site. I am very interested in eating healthy but I also have 40 pounds to lose, any suggestions?

Re: Weight loss and Macrobiotics?
The loss of weight your body does not need will be a natural result of eating whole, natural foods. Macrobiotic cooking and eating will provide your body the opportunity to balance itself.
But as you've heard and read before, losing weight is not about changing your diet for a few days or a few weeks, but rather developing sustainable cooking and eating habits for a lifetime. Macrobiotics WILL allow you to lose the weight you want to lose, but it will do far more for your health over time! |

Re: Weight loss and Macrobiotics?
It depends on how you've been eating as well. If you haven't been so great with your diet (i.e.sugar, junk food, etc), I believe that you will lose weight fast with a macro diet. I did, and I considered myself a very healthful eater (vegan).

Re: Weight loss and Macrobiotics?
Hi,
Also new to macrobiotics and would like to lose about 25 pounds (as well as lose my migraines). I was wondering if anyone would share a typical "diet" day where the goal is to lose weight. Thanks, Karen |
