ayurvedic

I find this way of looking at different constitutions etc etc quite interesting,being a Pitta constitution myself I found the recommendations very good for balancing.

Traditional Chinese Medicine seems also full of wisdom.

I remember reading from a TCM herbalist when diagnosing a macrobiotic lady whose Kidney energy was low and he recommended a small amount of pork meat she nearly took his head off before running for the nearest exit lol

What is ayurvedic? How does it work? I have heard some about it and would be interested to know more. Just a breif summary.
