Macrobiotic advice for diabetes
Hello everyone, I have only recently discovered macrobiotic's and being an insulin dependent diabetic I can see some advantages of this lifestyle. Unfortunately there is a very limited amount of support within New Zealand (I could be wrong as I've only done a small amount of research so far) and was hoping for some advice from someone with diabetes. Perhaps someone know's a macro councelor I could contact via e-mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated
