vaginal yeast infections and anal itch

I have been stricken with vaginal yeast for years, have tried everything from western medicine treatment to all alternative. No relief or minimal relief. I am following macrobiotic for the last couple months.

Also have anal itch for 2 years! Started after starting alternative therapies for yeast (candida cleanse).

I AM MISERABLE! Any suggestions!

Hello,

I had the same problem for years and was told to follow a Low Carb diet. The more I did this, the worse it got.
I at a raw food diet for 3 months and my 7-years problems were solved.
I have switched to a Macrobiotic diet since a week and we will have to wait and see.
