Post paging Karlitta

Hi Karlitta:

I read a post of yours regarding cookbooks and you were planning on ordering the Christina Pirello - Cooking the Whole Foods Way Cookbook.
I was wondering what you thought of the book & would you recommend it to someone who is new to macrobiotics?

Thanks

Hi there,
yes I did buy Christina Pirello's Cooking the Whole Foods Way. I absolutely love it. I am rather new to macrobiotics as well, therefore I am not sure if I should recommend it. I noticed that Pirello uses bellpeppers, lemon juice and a few other items that I thought are not tolerated in macrobiotics. You will have to ask Bruce Paine about that. I am absolutely no authority There is a section for homemade breads, a section for seafood lovers , of course DESSERTS. Like I said, I love the book even if it seems a bit of the macro way.
Good luck. Goddess bless, Karlitta
