Wink Showing signs of anemia.

Hi, i recently had blood test which came back as slightly anemic.I don't think there is much iron in the macrobiotic diet, but maybe there are some foods out there that are macro friendly that i can eat to get my iron!?I have nuts, seeds, apricots, sea vegetables and broccoli but have started taking a supplement ( the most natural i could find) as i am quite dizzy and have other symptoms.Has anyone got any other suggestions? Thanks VeeBee.
