the george ohsawa macrobiotic foundation is about to begin its annual summer camp in the tahoe national forest at french meadows, california. we'll be at 5400ft for 10days beginning on the 17july. this is a macrobiotic camp with a full range of cooking, exercise, lecture, shiatsu, and consultation programs in addition to the regular outdoor camping schedule of hiking, swimming, and natire walking. cooking is done on outdoor wood fires, and there are no fixed cabin structures - campers must use tents, rv's, tent trailers, or the ground under the stars! if you want more information, please do not hesitate to contact the foundation - space is limited!
