Acidity stomach

I woke up with a acidity stomach, aches and pains of joints, alittle feverish. I took a yoga class yesterday. I havent had much sea salt, mostly kelp in gomasho. I took liquid bentonite which helped alittle. I am taking enchinacea tea, rice cream, kukicha tea and spirulina.

Hi! I dont know what it was but with yoga and a cleansing crisis, I would say that is what has caused it. Maybe I had an orange that wasnt fresh? I am doing alot better in one day. I rested alot, yesterday. I would suppose I will be all better tomorrow. I put the rice cream in a jar for tonight.
