too yang
i have been macro for some time now, and still not sure how to balance my condition!
for the past many months, since living in New York, I have been extremely stressed out. my joints ache tremendously, my brain feels dull and quite shut down. the nerves in my hands and feet are shot. i am 26 and feel the energy of my 80 yr old self on most days. my weight has been quite low for sometime. i don't think i am assimilating my food. i have not been eating as much brown rice these days (2x/wk), and added in a some yogurt. at the same tiem, i am not having bowel movements and feeling increasingly yang. i am eting more fruit, however feel a lot of hypoglycemic symptoms. i am wanting to feel more in the flow. i worry so much about food, that am unable to focus on my work. any guidance for loosening up a bit? i was guided to the body ecology diet by a coach, and am considering going for it, although the grains seem a bit yang. any experience there? |
