shb,
Yin and yang are not static (they are directions of moving energy {yin spirals outward, clockwise and upwards, yang does the opposite [spirals inward, counter-clockwise, ad downward]}), so when one wants to judge a quality of something it is important to consider all the possible variables. According to Naboru Muramoto in his "Healing Ourselves" for instance, he says that there are four directions of people's energy: Empty Yin Full Yin Empty Yang and Full Yang So that means if one is a vegetarian; what kind are they, how did they become a vegetarian, what were they eating for months up to now, what does one eat now, and so on and so forth? Each person is different and will have a different experience in different places so if one can give a more full description of the person, then someone else can give better advice. Is one taking the steam bath to relax, loosen up tight muscles, help clean out their system, discharge a cold, or get energized before jumping in fridgid during cold weather. Everything depends on what one's got and what one wants (or can do). Give us some more information. and maybe we can give a better response. Thank you, very much. Steamin'
shb,
I really don't understand your question, so let's start over again. You first asked the following question: "What is the best season to go do a steam room" I believe that you mean when is the best season to take a steam bath. The season does not matter. What matters is what results you want from the steam bath. If you want to take a steam bath for stress reduction, promote the elimination of toxins, improve your skin tone, increase you heart rate, improve your circulation, strengthen the immune system or help clear up sinus problems, these are some of the results that you can get from taking a steam bath: ( http://www.steamroomsplus.com/htmlpages/health.htm ) At the L Street Bath House in South Boston ( http://www.lstreetcurley.com/Lst.html ) for instance, one can take a steam bath and go jump into the freezing ocean in the middle of winter which is very envigorating, to say the least. Why do you ask? Thank you, very much. Bruce Paine |
