All foods in moderation is ok but you need to get a book on basic macrobiotics to understand how it all works. We must consider
a number of things prior to making food and cooking choices; environment, season, perrsonal condition, work habits, etc. Buy Kushi's book "The Book of Macrobiotics" or his "The Macrobiotic Way." The answers to your questions will be found there. Thanks for the posts. In peace, Roy |
