Moo 2 u 2! :-)

shb,

If you eat a lot of fruit that is very stimulating to the nervous system, you will be attracted to dairy foods as they soothe the nerves, but then you will be atttracted to the fruit to emulsify the fats that are contained in the dairy food and it's a never ending cycle.

I believe that dairy foods are one of the major contributors to allegies and discharges like cold, and the flu.

I also feel tha dairyfood slows down the intellect so that it becomes harder to think clearly (I imagine, for instance, that dairy consumers are more apt to use drugs, pills, supplements, and psychoactive substances than macrobiotic food eaters).

You can get all the calcium that you need from sea vegetables, dark leafy green, certain seeds, and tempeh.

Read "The Self-Healing Cookbook" by Kristina Turner, and she'll give you a gentle journey in macrobiotic healing and macrobiotic cookin, and tell you most of what you are asking questions about.

Thank you, very much.

Re: yogurt and fruit

Well I am on a different program and realized that salt was keeping my sinuses clogged.

Have a good day.

shb,

I don't know anything about any program, but there's salt and then there's salt!

You have refined salt, and sea salt, just for starters.

What kind of salt do you think caused your problem?

Thank you, very much.
