Urinary bladder inflammation

Hi,

I've had a non-very-macro weekend and ended up with urinary bladder inflammation.

What does MB say about this? I don't even know wether to qualify the problem as yin or yang, much less how to cure it according to MB. The remedies I know of seem to be very yin: drinking lots of herbal tea (uvae ursi folium) and cranberries as tea or food...

Thanks!

Re: Urinary bladder inflammation

That is about the only thing that still recurs for me - tho got to admit, it seems like it's been quite a while, thank goodness.

And yup, every time it comes I panic all over again thinking what to do (I'll never make a good scientist!!!!)

Seems to me last time I had it, I did take several cups of warmed up pure (no sweeteners added to the concentrate) cranberry juice concentrate. (maybe 3 cups??) Can't remember now if I added apple juice for sweetening or rice syrup, or anything?? but do remember being quite amazed that my pains went away fairly fast

sorry to be so hazy, but I might have also made myself an ume/kuzu tea - that's my miracle drink if I've eaten really badly and could feel it.

And I might have also sat a long time in a hot bath - now that might not be mb-ally ok, but I felt it was the only thing that would give me immediate relief.

A wise neighbor of mine had said it comes from the body not being warmed, such as having a draft. I know some mb people wear kidney (??) warmers, sort of a wrap around the middle of their bodies - have no idea if that's connected, but seems like a nice idea.

Hope you feel better soon. Oh, and afterwards, I'm VERY careful to eat simple good mb food.

Klara
